自拟祛疣方联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Curative Effect of Warts Lotion Combined CO_2 Laser in the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

目的观察中药祛疣方坐浴配合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将100例符合入组标准的尖锐湿疣(CA)患者随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(40例),分别予祛疣方坐浴配合CO2激光治疗与单纯使用CO2激光治疗;观察其复发情况。结果祛疣方坐浴配合CO2激光治疗CA复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),其复发率分别为20.00%和45.00%。结论自拟祛疣方联合CO2激光能有效降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of warts lotion combined CO2 laser in the treatment of eondyloma acuminatum（CA）. Methods A total of 100 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The patients of treatment group were given warts lotion combined CO2 laser therapy for treatment, and the other group was given CO2 laser only. Results The recurrence of warts lotion combined CO2 1aser in the treatment of CA was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）, and the recurrence rate was 20. 00% and 45.00% respectively. Conclusion The warts lotion combined CO2 could significantly decrease the recurrence rate of CA, and is worth of clinical promotion.
