提升大学生就业质量的思考——韩国的经验及启示

A Study on Elevation of College Graduate Employment: The Experiences and Inspirations of North Korea

大学生就业质量反映教育的办学水平和教育质量。本文基于我国大学生就业质量存在的问题,分析总结韩国提高大学生就业质量的举措,提出我国提高大学生就业质量的主要措施,包括:以提高人才培养质量为目标,推进我国高等教育结构调整和转型发展;以改革高校招生选拔机制为突破口,建立独立、优先的职业教育招生机制,实现高等职业教育生源质量、数量上与产业发展相协调,妥善解决大学生结构性就业问题;以产学融合为抓手,明确企业参与高等教育的责任和义务,提高大学生的职业能力;以实施积极的就业政策载体,强化企业用工指导和大学生就业指导,提高企业人力资源管理水平和大学生就业满意度。

The quality of college graduate employment reflect the degree of college and education quality. Based on China＇s current situation and Korea＇s experiences, the current paper proposed that the measures to elevate college graduate employment include promoting the structural adjustment and transformation of higher education with the goal of elevating the quality of talent cultivation; constructing independent, prioritized vocational education enrollment system by reforming college enrollment system, in order to realize the coordination between the quality and quantity of students of higher vocational education and the development of certain industry, and solve the structural problem of college graduates＂ employment; taking the integration between industry and college as handle, specifying the responsibility and duty of enterprises participating higher education, and enhancing college students＂ vocational competence; and strengthening the employment instruction, enhancing human capital management and students＂ employment satisfaction by implementing active employment policy.
