摘要
根据树木移栽的工艺情况,对树木移栽机进行了机械整体设计,然后采用AMESim仿真软件建立了液压控制系统的3个子模型和整体仿真模型。3个子模型分别是固定装置子模块、升降装置子模块和铲刀装置子模块,并设定了仿真回路的参数。最后通过改变液压缸作用面积、改变调节阀阀芯直径和改变溢流阀弹簧刚度这3个参数,来分析液压缸的动态响应,通过分析仿真精度的影响因素,对设计方案进行了优化,获得了较为理想的树木移栽机液压系统装置的设计方案。
According to the process of transplanting trees,the overall mechanical design was conducted.And then using AMESim simulation software,three sub-models and the overall simulation model of the hydraulic control system were established,they are fixtures sub-modules,lifting devices sub-modules and blade device sub-module.Then the parameters of the simulation loop were set.Finally,by changing the role of the area of the hydraulic cylinder,the diameter of control valve spool,stiffness of the relief valve spring,the hydraulic cylinder dynamic response was analyzed.By analyzing the affecting factors of the simulation accuracy,the design scheme was optimized,an ideal design scheme of hydraulic system device of trees transplanting machine was obtained.
