摘要
采用三代核电研制的HS308LH焊丝通过自动钨极氩弧焊方法选用不同的焊接工艺参数,对熔敷金属进行力学性能、铁素体数和晶间腐蚀性能测试。研究结果表明:在研究的焊接参数范围内,焊接热输入和道间温度对熔敷金属力学性能和铁索体数元明显影响,熔敷金属焊态及尺寸稳定化处理态均无晶间腐蚀倾向。
The HS308 LH wire,developed for the three generation of nuclear power,was used to prepare the deposited metal by automatic TIG welding method at different welding parameters.And the mechanical properties,ferrite number and intergranular corrosion resistance of the deposited metal were tested.The results show that in the studied welding parameter range,welding heat input and interpass temperature have no obvious effect on the mechanical properties and ferrite number of the deposited metal.The as- welded deposited metal and that after size stabilization treatment have no tendency to intergranular corrosion.
