摘要
建立了噻·氟腈·苯醚悬浮种衣剂的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+水=90+10(V/V)为流动相,在220nm波长下,3种有效成分在8min内完全分离。噻虫嗪、氟虫腈和苯醚甲环唑的线性相关系数r分别为0.999 1、0.999 5、0.999 2,标准偏差为0.06%、0.02%、0.03%,变异系数为0.37%、0.79%、0.87%,平均回收率为99.77%、99.27%、99.33%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for thiamethoxam · fipronil ·difenoconazole flowable concentrate for seed coating (FS) was established.The determination was carried out on a C1s column with mobile phase methanol+water=90+10 (V/V) and detection wavelength 220nm.Complete separation of the above three active ingredients was achieved in 8.0min under the detective conditions.The results showed that the linear correlations coefficients of thiamethoxam,fipronil and difenoconazole were 0.999 1,0.999 5 and 0.999 2,the standard deviations were 0.06%,0.02% and 0.03%,the variation coefficients were 0.37%、0.79%、0.87%,the average recovery ratios were 99.77%,99.27% and 99.33%,respectively.
