HPLC法测定小裂芽梅衣中水杨嗪酸的含量

摘要 目的建立测定地衣植物小裂芽梅衣中水杨嗪酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,以Inertsil ODS-3 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水-乙酸(45:29:1)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长330 nm,柱温为40℃。结果该成分在25-200μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为2.03%(n=6)。结论本方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为小裂芽梅衣的质量评价的方法之一。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of salazinic acid in Parmelia nimandairana. Methods Using HPLC with Inertsil ODS-3 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase wasmethanol-water-acetic acid(45:29:1) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 330 nm, thecolumn temperature was 40℃. Results The linearity of the calibration curve was evaluated over the amount rangeof 254200 pg·mL^-1 for salazinic acid and good linearity with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 5 was obtained.The recovery and RSD were 98.2% and 2.03% (n=6), respectively. Conclusion The method was simple, feasibleand reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Parmelia nimondoiroms.
