丝绸之路经济带相关问题的述评及思考

Review and Reflection on Issues Related to the Silk Road Economic Belt

建设丝绸之路经济带是新时期我国向西开放和区域协调发展的重大战略举措。围绕丝绸之路经济带的相关问题,既有文献的研究脉络与内在逻辑主要涉及:对其历史由来与提出背景进行解析;探讨其内涵及战略意义;分析现实基础与合作内容;把握潜在挑战及战略选择。在此基础上,本文认为丝绸之路经济带相关研究亟待深化,需要将潜在挑战纳入战略考量,建构协同转型机制以及重视人文交流与合作。

The Silk Road economic belt is an important strategy of China to implement regional coordination and westward opening in the new period.The perspective of research and inherent logic of the existing literature mainly involve the following points： analyzing the historical origins and the background;discussing the connotation and strategic significance;analyzing its realistic basis and content of cooperation; grasping the potential challenges and strategic choices.On this basis,this paper considers that the research related to the Silk Road Economic Belt needs to be deepened, potential challenges need to be incorporated into the strategic considerations,construct the Co-Transition mechanism and pay attention to the cultural exchanges and cooperation.
