老年患者静脉输液的安全要素与护理措施

Safety factors of intravenous infusion in elderly patients and nursing measures

目的:对老年患者在静脉输液时的安全要素与护理措施进行分析,并探讨适用于老年患者的安全、有效、可靠、人性化的静脉输液护理模式。方法:对240例老年患者的临床资料进行统计分析,将上述案例随机性地分成两组,每组120例,即对照组与试验组。对照组采用医院常规静脉输液治疗,试验组在已有的常规输液治疗之下,再同步进行相应的护理干预措施,并采用输液巡视卡。所有患者发放问卷调查表,调查两组患者的满意度与并发症情况。结果:对临床资料进行统计发现,试验组患者的穿刺部位皮肤情况、患者的满意度、患者对静脉输液的担忧情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在输液过程中,依据病情采取有效的护理措施,提高护理人员的服务意识,避免与减少了各种输液并发症发生,改善护患关系,为老年患者静脉输液的安全性与满意度提供了保证。

Objective This review describes the safety factors of intravenous infusion in elderly patients and nursing measures,to inves-tigate the approprite nursing measures which give elderly patients safe,effective,reliable and humanized medical service. Method The clin-ical data of 240 cases of elderly patients was statistically analysised,the cases will be randomly divided into two groups,120 people each group,including control group and experimental group. Control group：the hospital routine intravenous infusion therapy,Experimental group：except the conventional infusion therapy,patients were gave the corresponding nursing intervention measures,and the infusion inspection card. All patients were investigated of satisfaction and complications by a questionnaire survey. Results The clinical data for statistics found that the experimental group superior to control group on the puncture of the skin,the patient＆#39;s satisfaction,concern about intravenous infu-sion in patients and significant difference（ P﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusion In the process of transfusion,adopting effective nursing measures ac-cording to the patients＆#39; condition,which can improve the nurses＆#39; service consciousness,avoid and reduce various transfusion complications, improve the relationship between nurses and patients,guarantees the safety and satisfaction for elderly patients with venous infusion.
