摘要
针对工程建筑管理工作中存在的问题,从工程成本、管理制度、监督体系等方面总结了其具体的解决措施,并对影响施工质量的多种因素进行了分析,提出了相应的治理对策,以实现提高工程建筑管理与施工质量的目的。
According to existing problem in engineering building management work,this paper summarized its specific solution measures from project cost,management system,supervision system and other aspects,and analyzed many factors influence the construction quality,put for-ward corresponding countermeasures,so as to gain the objective of improvement the engineering building management and construction quality.
