摘要
采用超滤膜纯化分离棉籽壳低聚木糖,以膜通量、蛋白质截留率和低聚木糖透过率为评价指标,考察料液质量浓度、操作压力、温度和pH对超滤除杂的影响。通过单因素试验初步确定工艺条件,以低聚木糖透过率为指标,响应面模型优化最佳超滤纯化工艺条件:操作压力为0.8 MPa,操作pH为7.0,操作温度为23℃,质量浓度为1.0mg/mL,此时低聚木糖透过率为92.17%。
Ultrafillration was used to isolate and purify xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS) from cottonseed hulls, and operating pressure, temperature, pH and mass concentration were investigated on the impact of three important indicators for the flux of menmbrane, protein rejection, XOS transmittance. The purification of xylo-oligosaccharides was optimized by the single-factor experiment and response surface method, the optimal purification technology was as follows: operating pressure 0.8 MPa, pH 7.0, temperature 23℃, mass concenlration 1.0 mg/mL and the XOS transmittance rate 92.17%.
