摘要
目的:探讨不同浓度桂皮醛对人膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)滑膜成纤维细胞的影响。方法:关节镜术中取KOA患者验证滑膜组织用I型胶原酶消化后进行原代培养,取传代3~5代的滑膜成纤维细胞进行不同浓度桂皮醛药物干预。应用四唑盐(MTT)法检测KOA滑膜细胞的增殖水平。结果:中高浓度桂皮醛作用24、48和72h,能明显抑制人KOA滑膜成纤维细胞的增殖(P〈O.05),且呈时间、剂量依赖性。结论:中高浓度桂皮醛能明显抑制KOA炎性滑膜细胞的增殖活性而较低浓度桂皮醛能促进KOA炎性滑膜细胞的增殖。
Objective:To explore the effect of cinnamaldehyde on proliferation of synovioblast in patients with knee osteoar- thritis. Methods: Synovioblast in patients with osteoarthritis were cultured and identified. After 3~5 generation incuba- tions, the synovial membrane were incubated with different dosage and evaluated by MTT. Results:The optical density were significantly different between experimental group and control group(P〈0.05)for 24,48 and 72 hours with a dependence of time and dose. Conclusion: Low dose of cinnamaldehyde promote proliferation of synovioblast in patients with osteoarthritis whereas middle and high supress the proliferation.
