星状神经节阻滞联合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床效果

Clinical effect of stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of idiopathic prosopoplegia

目的 评价星状神经节阻滞联合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床效果。方法 选取2011年2月~2013年7月本院收治的特发性面神经麻痹急性期患者92例,随机分为观察组（47例）和对照组（45例）,观察组采用星状神经节阻滞联合针灸进行治疗,对照组仅采用针灸进行治疗,30 d后观察并比较两组的临床疗效及HouseBrackmann面神经功能评分。结果 观察组治疗优良率为89.4%,对照组优良率为48.9%,两组优良率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组治疗后House-Brackmann面神经功能评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗过程中均未出现明显的毒副作用。结论 星状神经节阻滞联合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床效果较好,能较大程度地恢复患者的面神经功能,且无明显的毒副作用,值得临床予以推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture and moxi- bustion in the treatment of idiopathic prosopopligia. Methods 92 patients with idiopathic prosopopligia admitted into our hospital from February 2011 to July 2013 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group （47 cases） and control group （45 cases）.In observation group,patients were treated by stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,while in control group,only therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion was provided.The clinical effect and House-Brackmann facial nerve function scoring were observed and compared 30 days after treat- ment. Results The excellent and good rate of clinical effect in the observation group was 89.4% ,while in the control group,it was 48.9%,which displayed statistical difference （P〈0.01）.In the observation group,score of House-Brackmann facial nerve function was remarkably superior to that in the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.There was no obvious toxic or side effect occurred during treatment in the two groups. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can obtain a great effect on treating idiopathic prosopopligia and to a large degree get recovery of patient＇s facial nerve function without obvious toxic or side effect,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
