摘要
从实验技术队伍人员结构变化入手,阐述了实验技术队伍转型发展的必要性,探讨了实验技术队伍转型后的发展和保障措施。实验技术队伍转型后,应承担起实验教学任务、参与实验教改项目的研究、开设新的实验课程和开发新的实验项目。为了更好地保证实验技术队伍的转型发展,应提高实验技术人员的待遇,吸引高层次人才,并制定适合实验技术队伍特点的职称晋升和岗位聘任办法。
Based on the change of personnel structure in experimental technology team,the necessity of transition and development is analyzed.The development and safeguards of experimental technology team transition are discussed.If the experimental technology team is transformed,it should undertake experimental teaching,participate the study of experimental teaching project and develop new experimental courses.To ensure the success of transition and development of experimental team,some methods of job promotion and job appointment suitable for experimental team should be developed.The treatment of experimental technology team should be improved and high level talents should be attracted to join to the experimental technology team.
