羊脂膏对乳头皲裂防治效果的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on effect of lanolin cream on prevention of cracked nipple

目的通过Meta分析系统评价羊脂膏对乳头皲裂防治效果。方法利用计算机检索已公开发表的有关羊脂膏对哺乳期产妇早期发生乳头皲裂的预防及治疗作用的相关中英文文献。按纳入、排除标准纳入文献,并进行质量评价。采用Review Manager5.0软件进行系统分析。结果共纳入5项研究,纳入实验对象404例(羊脂膏组207例、对照组197例),在乳头皲裂发生率上,羊脂膏组与对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在缓解乳头疼痛方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论羊脂膏对于降低乳头皲裂发生率具有积极的意义。

Objective To evaluate effect of lanolin cream on prevention of cracked nipple by Meta-analysis system.Method Search published Chinese and English papers on effect of lanolin cream on prevention and treatment of cracked nip ple in early lactation by computer.Bring papers in by inclusion and exclusion criteria and assess the quality.Analyze papers by Review Manager5.0.Result 5 researches and 404 experimental subjects are brought in （207 from observation group and 197 from control group）.There is significant difference on incidence of cracked nipple between two groups （P＜0.05）.But there is no significant difference on pain relieving of nipple between two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Result shows that lanolin cream has positive effect on reducing incidence of cracked nipple.
