某院门诊药房药品贮藏现状分析

Analysis on Condition of Drug Storage in Outpatient Pharmacy in One Hospital

目的:为医院门诊药房合理贮藏药品提供参考。方法:按药品说明书中药品贮藏的要求统计该院门诊药房各药品贮藏的规定条件,并对照门诊药房的实际情况提出合理化建议。结果与结论:该院门诊药房药品贮藏情况总体较好,但在温度、拆零管理等方面存在一些小问题,须进一步加强管理,保证药品质量。

Objective：To provide reference for ensuring the drug storage of outpatient Pharmacy in one hospital.Method：The contents requirement of the drug storage items in the drug instructions in the outpatient Pharmacy in one hospital were registered and arranged. Compared with the actual situation of outpatient pharmacy, then offered rational suggestions. Results and Conclusion：In general, the drug storage condition of the outpatient pharmacy in the hospital is doing well, but in the temperature management and the disassembling the medicine management also have some small problems, to further strengthen the management, ensure the quality of drugs.
