摘要
博士生培养活动可被看作是一项特殊的生产活动。博士生培养模式包括博士生培养力、博士生培养方式和博士生培养关系三个维度。它们之间相互影响、相互作用,共同促进博士生培养模式的变革与发展。培育优质的、可持续发展的博士生培养力,是创新我国博士生培养模式的基础;建立适应培养力的发展水平并体现博士生自我生成第一性的培养方式,是我国博士生培养模式改革的根本;确立合作与指导并存的培养关系,是我国博士生培养模式改革的重点。
Doctoral cultivation activities can be regarded as special production activities.The doctoral cultivation mode can be divided into three parts:doctoral cultivation force,doctoral cultivation manner and doctoral cultivation relationship.The three parts are mutually influenced and restricted.The interaction among doctoral cultivation force,doctoral cultivation manner and doctoral cultivation relationship decides the change and development of doctoral cultivation mode.Creating an advanced doctoral cultivation force is essential to innovate the doctoral cultivation mode.An appropriate mode of doctoral cultivation concerns not only the development of doctoral cultivation force,but also the special features of doctoral cultivation activities.The relationship between supervisors and doctors is not only academic partner but also personality guidance,which is the key point of the cultivation mode reform.
