海洋经济对区域经济的影响效应分析:鲁、浙、粤比较

Analysis of the Maritime Economy's Influence to the Regional Economy:Shandong,Zhejiang and Guanxi's Comparison

海洋经济作为国民经济或区域经济系统的组成部分,其对后者的健康发展会产生重要影响。通过采用数量统计的方法从经济规模效应、产业结构效应、就业效应和劳动生产率等方面比较分析了山东、浙江和广东三省的海洋经济对区域经济的影响效应。研究结果表明:山东海洋经济对地区经济的发展起到良好的推动作用;但是,山东海洋产业结构相对落后,需进一步调整和优化。进而为山东蓝色经济区的建设和发展提供若干建议:以优势产业发展为核心,拓展产业链条;以科技创新为动力,调整和优化产业结构;以可持续发展为原则,实现资源开发与环境保护并重;以人才培养为基础,打造高素质海洋人才。

As a part of the national or regional economy system,the marine economy can influence the healthy development of the latter. By means of statistics,the impact of marine economy on regional economy in Shandong,Zhejiang and Guangdong is analyzed,in terms of effect of scale economy,industrial structure effect,employment effect and labor productivity. Based on the comparison,the conclusion is put forward: Shandong's marine economy plays an important role in the development of regional economy; however,Shandong's marine industrial structure is relatively backward,which needs further adjustment and optimization. Finally,some suggestions are provided for the construction and development of Shandong Blue Economic Zone,that is the leading enterprise as the core,enlarge the enterprise line,create the power of the science and technology,adjust and optimize the structure of enterprise,achieve the combination of the nature resources and environment protection by the principle of the sustainable development,and establish the maritime personnel of advanced ability by the base of the culture of personnel.
