摘要
作为机械类专业的一门重要课程,金属切削机床结构认知与拆装课主要致力于培养学生对机床结构认知和故障排除能力,其中数控机床占很大比重。该课程采用基于工作过程的教学模式进行教学改革,重新制定课程标准,改革教学手段和方法,建立完善的课程考核评价体系,配备试题习题库对学生进行考核,建立教学资料库供学生课下自学时使用,进一步提高了教学效果。
As an important course of mechanical engineering specialty, metal cutting machine tools' structure and disassembly mainly aims to foster students' ability of machine tools' structure cognition and failure recovery, with NC machine tool accounting for a large proportion. This course adopts the teaching mode based on working process to make reform, reenact the curriculum standard, reform the teaching means and methods,establish the perfect curriculum assessment system, provide the test exercises on the assessment of students, establish the teaching resources database for students' self-study after class, and further improve the teaching effects.
