摘要 瑞吉欧社区式管理模式秉承全社会参与的理念,家园区密切合作,推动了整个地区学前教育管理机制的有效运行。瑞吉欧鼓励家长全面参与幼儿的入园过渡,突出幼儿园环境创设的温馨性,强调教学活动开展的丰富性,注意发挥咨询委员会及教学协同人员的作用。在各方面的同心协力下,幼儿入园焦虑问题取得显著成效。瑞吉欧社区管理模式下的理念及措施,对缓解幼儿入园焦虑、促进幼儿和谐发展有着重要的借鉴意义。 Riggio Community Co-management Model adhered to the idea that the whole society participate in the pre-school education affairs and that the family, kindergarten and community work together, which has promoted effective management mechanism of the pre-school education in the whole district. Riggio encourages parents' full participation in the transition of new admission children in kindergarten, gives prominence to the warmth of environment creation, stresses the richness of teaching activities, pays attention to the role of advisory committee and collaborative teaching staff. Under the concerted efforts of the whole society, the alleviation of new admission children's anxiety has made significant achievements. The idea and measures of Riggio Community Co-management Model are of great significance to the alleviation of new admission children's anxiety and the children's harmonious development in China.
