摘要
以H公司为例,分析了其供应链管理的现状,从流程管理、库存管理、供应商管理几方面指出了其中存在的问题,并提出了优化供应链的相应策略。
In this paper, in the case of the company H, we analyzed the current status of the supply chain management of the company, pointed out the problems in the process management, inventory management and supplier management of the company and at the end, proposed the corresponding optimization strategy.
