摘要
在传统设计制造过程中,研发新产品需经过周而复始的设计一试验一设计,产品方能达到要求性能,由此产生成本高、周期长等不足。研究运用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS开发新产品的设计过程,该方法使复杂机械结构的优化设计简便易行,周期缩短,成本降低,为现代产品设计提供新思路。
In the process of traditional design and manufacturing, to meet the product performance requirement, it needs to go through the cycle of design test, so that its cost is high and its cycle is long.The multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS is used to develop a new product. This method is used to optimize the design of complicated mechanical structure part. It is characteris- fic of easy design,short developing cycle and low product cost and a new thinking is provided for the modern product design.
