摘要
研究玻璃纤维的处理和玻璃纤维滤纸的制备工艺,以期获得良好的过滤性能和高强度的空气滤纸。通过纤维悬浮液图像、沉降时间和性能检测等探讨了玻璃纤维在不同pH值溶液中的分散情况和对应纸样的物理性能,同时分析了不同纤维配比、木浆打浆度和增强剂对玻璃纤维滤纸性能的影响。结果表明:pH 3.5时玻璃纤维分散效果最好,纸样多次检测数据最稳定;但pH 3.0时,纸页的强度和过滤性能最佳;25%玻纤含量和40°SR木浆打浆度能较好兼顾纸页的强度指标和过滤性能;分子量900万的CPAM对滤纸的增强效果最好。
The processing of glass fiber and the preparation of filter paper were studied aiming to get better strength index and filtering performance of paper, The dispersion of glass fiber and the physical properties of corresponding paper were discussed through the image of suspension, deposition time and performance testing with different pH value. Meanwhile the effects of the different ratio of fiber, beating degree of wood pulp and strength additive on the properties of glass fiber function paper were investigated. The results showed that the dispersion of glass fiber was best with pH 3.5, and the multiple testing data were the most stable, but the strength index and filtering performance of the paper with pH 3.0 were the best, 25% of glass fiber and wood pulp of 40°SR could reach the better balance of strength index and filtering performance.'lhe enhancement effect of CPAM with molecular weight of 9 million was the best of all.
