摘要
为高效地研究B柱总成的重要特性,利用经过验证的整车碰撞仿真模型,验证了基于台架试验条件的B柱有限元仿真模型的正确性,提出了应用该模型在综合考虑耐撞性与轻量化基础上,进行轿车B柱设计方案优化选择的方法。将此方法应用于新车型开发,结果表明不仅B柱本身结构质量减轻了18%以上,而且整车在相关侧面碰撞试验中,取得了优良的成绩。
For efficiently studying the important features of B-pillar,the car impact simulation model verified is used to validate the correctness of B-pillar FE model based on bench test condition. A method is proposed and applied to new car model development that with concurrent consideration of crashworthiness and lightweighting,the model is used to conduct optimization on the design schemes of car pillar. The results indicate that not only the mass of B-pillar itself reduces by more than 18%,but the car with such B-pillar gets excellent results in related side impact test.
