摘要
介绍柳州维义大桥钢梁制作中采用的焊接预变形、厚板对接、杆件制孔、钢梁杆件"三地"制作及主桁杆件试装精度控制等技术,进一步拓展钢桁梁的制作技术和思路。通过对钢桁梁制作技术的进一步发展,维义桥钢桁梁制作质量满足相关标准的要求,施工工期也得到很好的保证。
This paper introduces the technologies of predeformation in welding, thick plate butting, drilling of members, fabrication of steel beam components in three places, and accuracy control technology of trial assembly of main truss components that are used in fabricating the steel beams for Liuzhou Weiyi Bridge, which further opens up the technologies and thoughts for fabrication of steel truss beams. Through the further development of the steel truss beam fabrication technology, the quality of steel truss Weiyi Bridge can satisfy the requirements of the relevant standards, and the construction period also can be guaranteed.
