Research Into Promotion of University Students' Employment Competitiveness Based on Career Planning

随着大学生就业形势越来越严峻,如何提升大学生就业竞争力已成为社会各界广泛关注的社会问题。在基于大学生职业生涯规划现状调查分析与研究的基础上,可从职业生涯规划的重要性认识、建立全程化职业生涯规划体系、加强非专业素质教育等方面来提升学生的就业竞争力。

With the more and more serious situation of college students＇ employment,how to promote the students＇ employment competitiveness has become a social issue of common concern from all walks of life. On the basis of analysis and study on the investigation of the present situation of college students＇ career planning,this paper explains that students＇ employment competitiveness can be promoted from the recognition of the importance of career planning,the establishment of the whole-ranged career planning system and the strengthening of the non-specialized quality education.
