脂肪间充质干细胞调节CD4^+T细胞免疫在多发性硬化治疗中的意义

摘要 脂肪间充质干细胞是基因工程的种子细胞,具有免疫调节能力,可广泛应用于多种自身免疫性疾病的治疗。本文重点介绍脂肪间充质干细胞对CD4+T细胞各亚群的免疫调节作用及其在多发性硬化治疗中的临床意义。 Adipose tissue- derived stem cells(ADSCs) are genetically engineered seed cells withimmunomodulatory effects, widely used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. This article focuses onthe immunomodulatory effects of adipose tissue- derived stem cells on CD4+T cell subsets, including Thelper cell(Th) 1, 2, 17 and regulatory T cell(Treg), and its clinical significance in the treatment ofmultiple sclerosis.
