摘要 本文对二步熔融还原流态化预还原铁精矿时的粘结现象进行了专题研究,提出了铁离子扩散固相烧结的粘结机理,并用该机理对影响粘结的主要工艺参数作了详细分析。通过试验确定了一种工业上可行的防止粘结的方法,该法同时可加速还原反应,使达到预还原要求的70%还原度,时间缩短了3倍。 This paper is a special research of the sticking phenomenon during pre- reduction of powdered iron ore by fluidizing bed reactor in ″two-stage″sme- lting reduction.An adhesive mechanism by ion diffusion of iron as solid sindering is presented.The principal technical parameters to affect on stic- king are analyzed in detail with this mechanism.Based on this test.a preven- tion method convenient for plants is proposed.It accelerats simultaneou- sly the reducing reaction too,and needs ten minute to obtain 70% pre- reduction degree.Thls method shortens the time need for original process by three times.
