摘要
智慧城市是通过开发、整合、运用城市的"智慧"资源实现科学发展的城市。本文分别从系统科学理论、公共管理理论和城市规划理论角度探讨了智慧城市的理论视角,构建了智慧城市的五维度模型,包括理念层、活动层、物理层三个层次,发展战略维度、经济活动维度、社会活动维度、基础支撑维度、城市空间维度五个组成部分,并以广州市为例分析了智慧广州的五维度模型。
Smart city is the urban areas which take full use of the city's "wisdom" resources to achieve scientific development. This paper discussed the theoretical perspectives of smart city based on the system science theory, public management theory and urban planning theory. On this basis, we constructed a smart city pentagon model including three levels: the philosophy layer, the active layer, the physical layer, and containing five dimensions : dimension of development strategy, econom/c activities, social activities, basis support and urban space. Then, a case study of smart Guangzhou's pentagon model was made.
