犬流感的研究进展及其公共卫生安全影响 被引量:7

The Research Progress of Canine Infl uenza and Its Impact on Human Health

摘要 [背景]流感是威胁人类健康的重要疾病之一,也是近年来科学研究的热点。流感病毒的宿主范围广泛,自2004年犬流感作为一种新型流感类型被检出后,人们对流感又有了新的认识。[目的 ]为了更好地了解犬在流感病毒传播中所起的作用及其对人类健康的威胁,[方法 ]分析概述国内外有关犬流感病原学和流行病学研究结果,揭示其对公共卫生安全的影响。[结论 ]流感病毒可以通过禽和马直接感染犬,且在我国已经发现了人源和禽源的重组犬流感毒株;犬流感病毒可在犬种间传播但死亡率不高,目前还没有犬流感感染人的病例报道。对于犬在流感病毒的传播过程中是否像猪一样起着"混合器"的作用,目前还没有直接的研究结果,这将是今后的主要研究方向。 Background] Influenza is a major threat to human health,and a hot research area in recent years. Canine influenza has a wide range of hosts,since 2004 canine influenza was reported as the emerging disease,people have got new understanding of this disease. [Objective] To get better understanding of the role of canine influenza virus in spread and the threat to human health. [Method] The domestic and abroad research results about etiology and epidemiology of canine influenza were summarized. [Conclusions] Influenza virus can infect dogs via birds and horses directly;recom-binant canine influenza strains of human and avian sources have been found in China. In addition,the canine influenza virus can spread among dogs with low mortality,and there were no human cases of canine influenza infection reported. There were no immediate results whether dogs will play a“mixer”role like pigs or not in the spread of the influenza, requiring further research in the future.
