摘要
运用有限元软件对轴承外圈闭式模锻成型进行了数值模拟。研究了三种预制坯方法对模锻过程中金属流动、模具受力、应力应变和温度的影响。以提高变形均匀性和降低载荷为目的,给出了合理的预制坯形状,为轴承外圈和类似锻件的闭式模锻工艺设计提供了依据。
A FEM simulation software has been used to simulate the bearing outer rings ’ closed-die forging process.Effect of per-form on metal flow,force of punch ,stress,strain and temperature has been studied.For the purpose of improving deformation uni-formity and reducing the force of punch ,a reasonable preform is obtained ,which provides a basis for closed-die forging of bearing rings and similar parts.
