摘要
目的探索积极心理训练对贫困生心理复原力的影响,为有针对性开展高校心理健康教育提供参考。方法根据自愿接受的原则,从某专科学校2012级贫困生中选取187名,随机分为实验组(86名)和对照组(101名)。采用积极心理团体训练法对实验组大学生进行训练,运用复原力量表和总体幸福感量表对两组研究对象进行干预前、后调查。结果实验组干预后心理复原力得分(3.83±0.51)较干预前(3.46±0.43)提高(t=3.982,P<0.01);干预后实验组(3.83±0.51)与对照组(3.54±0.56)心理复原力得分差异有统计学意义(t=2.523,P<0.05)。实验组干预后比干预前复原力弱型人员减少,复原力强型人数增加。干预后实验组复原力中间型和复原力弱型的复原力水平较干预前有明显提高(t值分别为3.451,4.236,P值均<0.01)。干预后实验组总体幸福感得分(114.52±10.32)较干预前(106.23±9.62)有显著提高(t=2.287,P<0.01)。结论积极心理训练对复原力强型贫困生的复原力水平作用不明显,对复原力弱型和中间型的贫困生复原力水平作用明显。
Objective To study the effect of positive psychology training on the resilience of poverty college students, and to provide reference for the mental health education. Methods By using Resiliency Scale for University Student( RSUS) and Gen- eral Well-being Schedule( GWBS), 187 poverty college students(86 students for experimental group, 101 for the control) were tested with positive psychological training, Results The resilience in experimental group was significantly improved after the inter- vention (13.83±0.51 ) than before(3.46+0.43 ) I t = 3.982, P〈0. O1 ) ,there was a significant difference between the experimental group ( 86.85 ±9.89 ) and the control group ( 92.05 ±9.43 ) of the resilience after training(t = 2. 523,P〈0.05 ). The experimental group after the intervention than before with resilience weak staff reduction, resilience strong increase in number. The experimental group, the resilience levels to improve on the resilience of weak type and middle type ( t = 3.451-4. 236, P〈0.01 0. After the inter- vention, experimental group scored higher in general well-being ( 114.52± 10.32 ) than before ( 106.23±9.62 0 ( t = 2. 287, P〈 0.01 ). Conelttsion Team mental training can improve resilience of poverty college students for the resilience of weak type and middle type.
