摘要
针对某型号导弹自动驾驶仪故障检测和诊断难题,在分析自动驾驶仪功能和特性基础上,基于虚拟仪器技术设计开发了自动测试硬件平台;测试系统软件完成敏感元件、指令等激励信号的模拟,对自动驾驶仪输出信号采集、处理和分析,并对测试结果进行判定,最后给出故障定位;通过对自动驾驶仪故障件的测试和验证,自动测试系统工作高效、稳定,为该型号导弹自动驾驶仪的故障测试和诊断提供了高效的方法和手段。
In order to improve the ability of fault detection and diagnosis of missile autopilot. This paper analyzed the function and char- acter of autopilot, and designs the auto test system hardware platform based on virtual Instrument. The software of auto test system simula- ted the stimulate signal and data acquisition, then give fault location by the test results. The experimental results show that the auto test system can be efficiently and stability for fault detection and diagnosis of missile autopilot.
