摘要
目的:优选小儿湿毒膏提取工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱提取量为指标,采用正交设计法对加水量、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,优选提取工艺。结果:水煎煮提取3次,每次加药材量6倍的溶煤,提取1.0 h。结论:优化的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。
Objective： To study the best extracting technology of Xiaoer Shidu Ointment. Methods： Orthogonal optimization was used in the experiment and the content of Berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Results： The medicine is extracted for three times,every time with 6 times water and boiled for one hour. Conclusion： The best extracting technology is simple,stable and reliable.
