两种剂量替罗非班治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析

目的:探讨两种剂量替罗非班治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛疗效差异。方法:选择80例不稳定型心绞痛老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规剂量替罗非班治疗,观察组给予小剂量替罗非班治疗。评定两组治疗效果。观察心电图改变情况。结果:观察组治疗后ST段下移幅度和对照组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组不良反应发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量替罗非班治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,有助于减少用药不良反应,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of two different doses of tirofibanin on elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. Method 80 elderly patients with unstable angina were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional dose of tirofibanin,the observation group was given low dose tirofiban. Evaluation of the therapeutic effects was done in two groups. The electrocardiogram was observed. Results The ST segment depression scale in the observation group after treatment compared with that in the control group after treatment,there was no difference statistics significance（ P〈0. 05）. the clinical total effective rate in the observation group compared that in the control group,there was no difference statistics significance（ P〈0. 05）. the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Low dose of tirofiban on elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris has significant effect,and may reduce adverse reaction,the therapy is worth learning from.
