摘要
目的分析北京市某公司溴化丁基橡胶装置的危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病控制措施改进的建议。方法采用现场调查、检查表、检测检验法相结合的评价方法。结果个体检测结果显示,外操工接触正己烷的时间加权平均浓度范围为4.04×10-2-0.417 mg/m3,正己烷定点采样检测结果浓度范围为〈1.91×10-3-1.03 mg/m3,溴定点采样检测结果 〈0.27 mg/m3,氢氧化钠定点采样检测结果 〈0.003 mg/m3,8 h等效连续A声级为71.3-74.6[dB(A)],均符合职业接触限值要求;2012年该项目的 41名员工的在岗期间职业健康检查结果未发现职业禁忌证及疑似职业病患者。结论该装置工作场所的检测结果表明,各种防护设施能达到效果,但应严格执行设备维护保养的规定和要求,做好日常职业卫生管理工作,特别注意检维修和抢维修作业时的职业病防护工作。
[ Objective] To analyze the impact of a brominated isobutylene-isoprene rubber project on workers'health and its harmful degree, to assess protection measures and their effects against those occupational hazards, and propose suggestion to improve occupational control measures. [ Methods ] The combined methods of field investigation, checklists and monitoring were applied. [ Results] Personal sampling results showed that the time-weighted average concentration of n-hexane exposure among outdoor operation workers was 4.04 × 10-2-0. 417 mg/m^3. Area sampling results showed that the n-hexane exposure concentration range was 〈 1.91 ×10^-3-1.03 mg/m^3 , the bromine exposure concentration range was 〈0.27 mg/m3 , and the sodium hydroxide exposure concentration range was 〈0.003 mg,/m3. The 8h equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level was 71.3-74.6 [ dB(A) ]. All results were within occupational exposure limits. The occupational health examination results of 41 workers in this project showed no occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases were detected in 2012. [ Conclusion] The workplace test results indicate the protection facilities can meet the standards. But, it is still necessary to strictly implement equipment maintenance regulations and requirements, to do well in regular occupational health management, especially the occupational protection in maintenance and repair operations.
