摘要 介绍了一种滑块顶杆先复位机构抽芯的结构,具体地指一种汽车前雾灯后壳(内壁花纹壁通孔)的滑块顶杆先复位机构抽芯的结构。通过模具合模时滑块镶针比滑块晚复位,开模时滑块镶针先于滑块离开塑件,从而实现塑件自动侧边抽芯而不撞伤型腔镶件的功能。既保证了合模时滑块不会被型腔镶件撞伤,又保证了开模时塑件不会粘在滑块上,易脱模。该结构适用于塑件外观要求较高、尺寸要求较严、大批量生产的场合。 Introduces a slide ejector pin first return mechanism specifically refers to a slide ejector pin first return mechanism front fog light and rear shell of a car (the inner wall pattern wall core-pulling structure, which core-pulling structure for the through-holes). It is applicable to occasions where requires a higher standard on the appearance of the product,a more stringent size,and mass production.
