The Information Construction of Enterprises' Archives in Big Data Era

本文针对目前我国企业档案信息化建设的现状,阐释了大数据时代企业档案信息化建设新的内涵,提出了大数据时代企业档案信息化建设的科学性和必要性,分析了大数据时代企业档案信息化建设面临的新的机遇和挑战,提出了大数据时代企业档案信息化建设的应对策略,通过对实践中企业档案管理出现的各种问题进行了理论分析,为今后企业档案信息化建设提供决策依据。

According to the current status of the information construction of our enterprises＇ archives, this paper explains the new meanings of the information construction of our enterprises＇ archives in the big data era, raises the necessity and scientificity of the information construction of our enterprises＇ archives in the big data era, ana- lyzes the new opportunities and challenges in building the information construction of our enterprises＇ archives in the big data era, and proposes some coping strategies in building the information construction of our enterprises＇ archives in the big data era. Through the theoretical analysis of the practical problems in managing enterprise＇ archives, this paper provides some decision basis for building information construction of our enterprises＇ archives in the future.
