摘要
介绍了一种新型矿用井下双向驾驶车辆的全液压转向系统的工作原理,阐述了这种双向驾驶全液压转向系统的液压系统原理及计算与选型方法。试验结果与测试数据表明,该双向驾驶车辆转向系统设计合理、结构布局简单、故障率低、可靠性高,具有一定的市场前景。
Introduces the working principles of hydraulic steering system for new underground mine bi-directional transport vehicles. Elaborates the principles of hydraulic system, calculation and type selection methods. The testing results and data show that this bi-directional transport vehicles' steering system designs reasonably. The structure is simple and the fault rates are low. It has highly reliability and good market prospect.
