适应医学创新人才培养的创新教育体系的构建与实践 被引量:13

The construction and practice of the innovative education system for cultivating medical innovative talents

摘要 为了适应经济社会发展和医学科技进步对医学创新人才提出的新需求,第三军医大学深入分析医学教育现状,从教育理念、培养目标、培养模式以及条件建设等方面积极构建创新教育体系,深入开展医学教育改革的探索与实践,人才培养质量取得初步成效。 In order to meet the new medical talents demand generated by social development and the advancement of medical science, this article has made a thorough analysis about the current education, putting forward an innovative education system which consists of educational concept, training objectives, training models and condition construction. Besides, the article summarized the educational reform experience at Third Military Medical University which has showed the preliminary effectiveness for the quality of talent training.
