摘要
该文简单介绍X射线荧光光谱(XRF)技术应用最新进展,阐明了X射线荧光光谱检测技术的基本原理和分析方法。着重对该技术在中国地学研究和多目标地质调查中的应用作一回顾,包括地质样品分析需求,勘查地球化学样品的多元素分析,稀土元素分析。指出了我国目前X射线荧光光谱检测技术存在的问题,并对X射线荧光光谱检测技术的发展方向进行了展望。
Recent important advances and applications of XRF in Earth science are briefly reviewed and clarify the basic principle of X-fluorescence spectrum detection technology and analysis method. The contents include the analytical demands of geological science, the new methods for the determination of earth multi-elements, exploration geochemistry multi-elements, rare earth multi- elements. At last the paper points out the problems existing in the XRF spectrum detection technology and XRF spectrum detection technology development direction is prospected.
