摘要
介绍了一种采用硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定铜精矿中钨含量的方法,并探讨了各种试剂的合理用量。采用盐酸和磷酸溶样,用1.5%~2.5%氢氧化钠溶液除去铜,用三氯化钛做还原剂,在3~4 mol/L盐酸介质中进行分光光度法测定。使用该方法测定铜精矿中的钨,测定结果与传统方法的结果相吻合,相对标准偏差为3.20%~5.20%,线性范围为0~18μg/mL,平均回收率为99.59%,避免了使用毒性较大的有机试剂硫酸肼或甲醇来还原铜,减少了有机试剂对操作人员的伤害。
Thiocyanate spectrophotometry is applied to determine tungsten content in copper concentrate by testing dosages of all reagents. The sample was dissolved by HCl and H3PO4 and the copper was separated by dilute solution of NaOH. Thiocyanate spectrophotometry is completed in 3~4mol·L-1 HCl medium by usign titanium chloride as reducing agent. The determination results are consistent with the traditional method. The relative standard deviations are 3.20%~5.20%(linear range=0~18μg/mL, average recovery=99.59%). This method can avoid using the more toxic hydrazine sulfate or methanol to reduce the copper.
