摘要
通过分析异步电机在两相静止坐标系下的动态方程,采用MRAS法,构建了一种PI参数可调的转速辨识模型,并结合电机运动方程,提出一种有效可行的负载转矩实时检测方法。仿真结果表明,该无速度传感器矢量控制系统对转速和负载转矩估计有较高的准确性,超调量小、响应快、调速范围宽、抗扰性能良好,ADI半实物实验系统的实验结果也证明了该方法的有效性。
Through the analysis of dynamic equation for asynchronous motor in the two - phase stationarycoordinates system,a kind of PI parameter adjustable speed identification model using MRAS method was built ,and akind of effective and feasible load torque real-time detection method combination with motor motion equation was putforward. Simulation results show that the speed sensorless vector control system has higher estimation accuracy ofrotational speed and load torque,less overshoot,fast response,wide speed range and good immunity performance. Theexperimental results of ADI hardware-in-the-loop system show the effectiveness of this method.
