当今人类社会是一个民族大千世界,广义的民族问题在世界范围具有普遍性,至今没有任何一个现代国家可以宣称已经有效或成功地解决了民族问题。乌克兰危机与其历史上的民族问题渊源甚深。中国当前面临多种形式的民族问题,既有其普遍性、长期性,又有其特殊性、复杂性。中国在借鉴"国际经验"解决民族问题时,要立足中国的国情实际,坚持和完善民族区域自治制度,提升治理能力、执政水平,全面正确贯彻落实民族政策。

The Ukraine issue is deeply rooted in its ethnic issue in the history.The modern world is composed of multiple ethnic groups and the ethnic issue in the broad sense is a common challenge for all the countries.No country in the modern world can claim that it has effectively or successfully found a solution to the issue.China has not copied the "Soviet Union" model in tackling the ethnic issue,which is unique and complicated and has long faced almost all the localities of the country.When drawing lessons of other countries to solve its own ethnic problems,China must take into consideration its realities.It should stick to and improve its system of regional ethnic autonomy,improve governance and seriously implement its ethnic policies.
