摘要 美国环境总署(EPA)制定了汽车空调节能技术奖励政策,对采用节能技术的车辆给予相应的奖励值。但是在制定过程中没有考虑到气候条件对奖励值的影响。文章依据大量实验数据和实车信息,建立了汽车空调系统(MAC)生命周期气候性能评估模型——LCCP2013,利用该模型对不同气候条件下汽车空调的节能技术进行评估,为中国制定汽车空调节能技术奖励政策提供依据。文章以变排量压缩机技术为例,利用LCCP2013对其进行评估。 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) offered credit for the implementation of mobile air conditioning (MAC) technologies. However, it didn't include the effect of climate on credit value. A MAC life-cycle climate performance assessment model, LCCP2013, was established according to a great deal of experimental data and vehicle information in this article. The model can evaluate MAC technology under different climate conditions to provide a basis for future incentive policy making in China. In this paper, variable displacement compressor technology was evaluated by LCCP2013 as an example.
