国外警察承诺研究——动因、进展与启示 被引量:1

摘要 警察组织是重要的公共部门之一。国外对警察承诺的研究有着深刻的现实和理论动因。虽然起步较晚,成果较少,但是也取得了一定的研究进展,其内容包括将承诺研究的一些重要概念和测量工具引入警察承诺研究,着重分析人口学变量、工作或职业相关因素以及组织管理因素对警察承诺的影响,并提出了相应的对策建议。这些研究成果对我国相关领域的研究提供了有益借鉴。
