摘要
利用Rietveld相定量法建立了S Zorb吸附剂物相组成数据库,该数据库基本上覆盖了S Zorb吸附剂在国内出现过的各种情况。分别针对新剂、工业待生和再生剂建立了物相快速定量分析模型,该模型具有较高的准确性和重复性。建立了针对工业待生和再生剂中Zn3O(SO4)2物相、工业待生剂中NiO物相的报警模型。物相快速定量分析技术在S Zorb工业装置上取得了较好的应用效果,可以有效指导工业装置操作参数的优化并提高其长周期运行的稳定性。
The phase composition database of S Zorb sorbents was created using Rietveld quantita- tive phase analysis method. The database covers almost all situations of S Zorb sorbent occurred in China. The rapid phase quantitative analysis models were established for fresh, spent, and regenerated sorbent, respectively with good accuracy and repeatability. The alarm models were also built for the ZnaO(SO4 )2 phase of the spent and regenerated sorbents, and for the NiO phase of spent sorbents. The rapid quantitative phase analysis technology is helpful to optimize the operating parameters and to promote the long-periodic stable running of unit and successfully applied in a S Zorb industrial unit.
