摘要
针对大学生的入党动机呈现多元化、学生党员职业价值观存在不同程度扭曲的现象,提出了处理好组织培养与自我教育的关系,变被动教育为主动教育的措施。采用价值观导航,将自我教育机制用课程化的方法,构建大学生入党自我教育机制,从党组织教育管理的角度,把群体自我教育作为工作对象,营造自我教育氛围、整合自我教育资源,旨在不断端正大学生入党动机,引导学生党员形成满足民族复兴需求的职业价值观。
In view of college students' diversified motivations for joining the Chinese Communist Party and student Party members' distorted occupational values, countermeasures were proposed to coordinate the relationship between self-education and training by organization and to turn the education mode from a passive one to an active one. Guided by values, a self-education mechanism for college students' joining the Party is constructed by means of curriculum. From the party organization's view, group self-education should be taken as the key object. At the same time, it is necessary to create the atmosphere of self-education, integrate self-education resource, and guide students by values so as to continuously correct their motivations for joining the Party and help them form an occupational value in agreement with the demand of national revival.
