应用长效干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗肾移植后合并丙型肝炎病毒感染的疗效分析
摘要
肾移植后合并丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染的受者可行干扰素＋利巴韦林治疗，但是由于使用长效干扰素容易诱发急性排斥反应嘲，因此对于肾移植后合并HCV感染的受者，抗HCV治疗应十分慎重。我们应用长效干扰素＋利巴韦林治疗肾移植后合并HCV感染3例，现将效果报道如下。
