随着我国农村改革的深化,农业结构调整政策不断完善,农业生产结构也发生了深刻的变化。经过两次明显的农业结构调整,我国农业产业结构进一步改善、产品结构明显优化、区域布局日趋合理。现阶段,我国经济步入"新常态",农业发展进入新阶段。农业综合生产成本快速上涨、农产品供求结构性矛盾日益突出,对外依赖程度加深,保障国家粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给的任务面临严峻挑战。因此,农业必须适应新形势的需要,重新审视政府与市场的边界,加快新一轮的农业结构调整,基于新优势制定新的发展战略。

After two great agricultural structure adjustment, agricultural industry structure was further improved, product structure was optimized, the distribution of agricultural areas was becoming reasonable. At present, China＇s economy has stepped into the era of ＂New Normal＂, agricultural development has entered a new developmental stage. In this stage, ensuring food security and supply of safe agri-food is facing serious challenges. Therefore, agriculture should adapt to new circumstances. After an effective analysis of market boundary, we should take some measures to accelerate the adjustment of agricultural structure and design new development strategy.
