小学高年级学生艾滋病相关知识及性行为调查报告

AIDS Related Knowledge and Sexual Behavior of Students at High Grade in Primary School

目的了解山东省某小学高年级学生对艾滋病的基本知识以及性行为的发生情况,为学校开展性健康教育提供有效依据。方法采用自填式问卷,于2013年对山东某小学488名学生进行调查。结果被调查的小学生知道艾滋病病毒可以通过血液、母婴、注射器及性交传播的分别38.4%、28.8%、28.2%、10.2%。对非传播途径共餐以及蚊虫叮咬的正确作答率为16.1%和13%。4.7%的小学生有过性行为,12.8%的小学生接触过色情内容。结论小学高年级学生缺乏艾滋病基本知识,有一定比例的性行为发生,小学性健康教育工作刻不容缓。

Objective to explore the basic knowledge of AIDS and sexual behavior of the high grade students in primary school ,and to provide evidence for sexual health education .Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 488 students in a primary school in Shandong province .Results The rates of students that know HIV through blood ,mother to child ,syringes and sex-ually transmitted were respectively 38.4%,28.8%,28.2%,10.2%.On the non propagating way about dining and mosquito biting the correct rate was 16.1%and 13%.4.7%of the students had sexual behaviors ,12.8%of primary school children had exposed to porno-graphic content.Conclusion High grade primary school students lack basic knowledge of AIDS ,have the certain proportion of sexual behavior .The sexual health education breaks no delay in primary school .
